Your personal data is used by the Yacht Club de Monaco in the context of managing and providing the services offered to you, without which the Yacht Club de Monaco would not be able to perform or deliver the subscribed services.
This use primarily concerns the management of offers, service tracking, and, more generally, the entire commercial relationship between us (registration for newsletters or communication materials from the group – MC Society, consultations of our channels, quotes, bookings, orders, subscriptions, loyalty accounts, wifi or home automation services, reviews, surveys, informational and commercial communications through all communication channels you have provided for this purpose, as well as your contributions and posts on the Group’s accounts, on social media or mentioning hashtags, brands, events, locations, offers, services, products, channels of the Group … (including via third parties).
Additionally, the YACHT CLUB DE MONACO may use your data to assess and improve its services, develop new ones, and carry out loyalty, prospecting, surveying, and promotional actions. With your consent, you may receive offers from the YCM or its business partners communicated and/or provided via any communication channels you have provided for this purpose, for services similar to those offered by YCM.
With your express consent, YCM may send you, via any communication channels you have provided for this purpose, commercial information about services that are not similar to those already provided.
This data will be retained for the duration necessary to fulfill these purposes and for a maximum period of three years from the end of the commercial relationship regarding direct prospecting or from your last connection to your account. YCM may also use your data to comply with its legal obligations (including anti-fraud or anti-money laundering measures) and/or to respond to requests from public and governmental authorities.
Your personal data is processed by YCM, its subcontractors, and partners for the purposes of managing and executing the services you have requested or authorized. The YCM implements the necessary actions to protect the personal data it processes. Your data is processed electronically and/or manually and in any case, so that their security, protection and confidentiality are ensured with regard to their level of sensitivity, through administrative, technical and physical measures to prevent loss, unauthorized theft, use, disclosure or modification.
