The La Belle Classe Destinations certification was initiated by the Yacht Club de Monaco in 2011. This label establishes a standard of excellence, particularly in terms of the quality of facilities, services, and events offered, with the aim of creating an exclusive network of yacht clubs and marinas that fully respect the unique character of each destination. It aims to develop sustainable yachting as a bridge between destinations that share a common vision of innovation and the environment. Based on the collective approach ‘Monaco, Capital of Advanced Yachting,’ the ambition is to lay the foundations for responsible yachting in line with the United Nations’ sustainability goals.
This exclusive network will allow for the joint organization of social and sporting events, facilitate the exchange of staff and members, and offer the respective members of both Clubs the opportunity to participate in their exclusive events.
Imbuing both interior and exterior designs with a maritime DNA, while cultivating a nautical atmosphere, is essential to enhance appeal, assert identity, and strengthen belonging to the world of yachting, where form and function perfectly harmonize.
Passing on the passion and values of yachting is sharing a unique way of life, where excellence, respect for the sea, and the spirit of adventure come together. It is also about perpetuating a heritage made of tradition, innovation, and refinement.
Enhance attractiveness and promote the destination, while contributing to its development by creating job opportunities and stimulating economic benefits.
Protect the oceans for a sustainable future and an eco-responsible approach.
Respect, courtesy, and solidarity are at the heart of the concerns of seafarers around the world.
Choosing a ‘Belle Classe’ certified destination is a promise of excellence and refinement. These locations, carefully selected for their timeless elegance, offer much more than just a stay. They invite an immersion into a world where every detail is designed to provide an unforgettable experience.
